Hotel Josef is in the Old Town, so the city starts at the front door. Between games you have one of Europe's great old cities to yourselves, and more places to eat and drink than you'll get through in a lifetime, never mind a weekend.

The format
One rink.
Six traveling teams meet two local Czech clubs. Games run Thursday through Sunday across the Red Hall and the Yellow Hall at ICERINK, one of the most modern arenas in Prague.

Everything on the ground in Prague is covered, hotel included. Show up and we take it from there. Your guests come free.

How to sign up
Get on
the ice
Six traveling spots. Teams need at least 12 players. Individual players are welcome too; we place them on a roster.
Lock in your spot
Pay in full or make your first of three payments. Either one holds your spot. Get it in by December 31, 2026 and you're locked in at the early rate. Choose your own room or share one with a teammate.
Book flights
Book your flights by March 1, 2027: arriving in Prague (PRG) on Thursday, April 15, and flying home Monday, April 19. Most overnight flights from the US leave Wednesday evening. That lets us coordinate pickups and arrivals. Need a different plan? Talk to us directly.
Payment options
Pay it all at once, or spread it over three payments. Everyone is paid in full by March 1, the same day flights are due, so the whole group is set six weeks out.

What level of hockey is this?
Men's beer league, no checking. Most teams play at a mid-level men's league pace. We match teams so every game is a good one.
How many players does a team need?
At least 12 players per traveling team.
When do I need to choose my room?
By January 15, 2027. That's when we confirm our rooms with the hotel, so your own room or shared room choice is final after that date. Sign-ups after January 15 depend on room availability.
When do I check out?
Monday, April 19. Your four nights run Thursday through Sunday, so book your flight home for Monday.
Do I have to carry my gear back and forth?
No. Each team has its own locker room at the rink for the whole trip. Hang your gear up, let it air dry, and leave it there until the last game.
Can people back home watch?
Yes. Every game streams live on YouTube. We'll share the link before the tournament.
Can I come without a team?
Yes. Register as an individual and we'll place you on a traveling roster.
Can non-players come along?
Yes, and they come free. Spouses, friends and family who aren't playing pay nothing and are included in all transportation to and from the rink.
Can I share a room?
Yes. Room with a teammate and the hotel cost is split between you. Your price drops to $875 if you reserve by December 31, 2026, or $975 after.
When do I need to book flights?
By March 1, 2027, so we can plan pickups and arrivals. If that date doesn't work for you, talk to us directly and we'll work it out.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Pay in three parts: one at sign-up, one on February 1 and one on March 1. Your first payment locks in your rate. If that schedule doesn't fit, get in touch with Dillon or Rich and we'll work it out.
Is airfare included?
No. You book your own flights into Prague (PRG) by March 1, 2027. We take it from there.
What if I can't make it?
Your first payment is non-refundable. It goes straight to holding your hotel room and ice time. Payments after that are refundable until March 1. After March 1 we can't refund, but your spot is yours to pass on: find a player to take it and we'll move everything over to them.
